Mini Money Club is a family project creating simple money lessons for parents and children. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

If an adult joins our email list, we collect their email address, their adult confirmation, the signup wording version, and the date. Our server uses the visitor's IP address briefly to limit spam, but it does not keep the IP address, browser information, or referring page in Mini Money Club's signup backup.

How we use it

We use the email address to send Mini Money Club lessons, launch news, and related family money-education updates. We do not sell personal information.

Who helps us

• Brevo stores our email list and delivers email.
• Cloudflare protects and delivers our website.
• Our private home server keeps a backup of signup records.
• When checkout opens, the payment provider named there will handle card details under its own privacy terms. Mini Money Club will receive the order information needed for delivery, support, refunds, tax, and accounting, but not your full card number.

Children's privacy

The email form is for adults 18 or older. We do not intentionally ask children to submit personal information. Basic technical logs can still be created when someone visits the site, so we are reviewing what Cloudflare and our server keep and for how long. If you believe a child submitted information, email us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You may ask to leave the list or to see, correct, or delete information held by Mini Money Club by emailing [email protected]. Some purchase records may need to be kept for tax, accounting, fraud, or legal duties.

We may update this page as Mini Money Club grows. The date above will show the newest version.
